Recently, a good friend pointed me to the "The Checklist Mainfesto". Requested it from the local library and luckily enough, am holding the book in my hands and decided to post this after reading the first couple of chapters...it is a must-read. The back cover has comments on another of Dr Gawande's book, "Better" which I will be adding to my reading list soon.
